The Services are provided “as is” for informational purposes only. Predictions are not guarantees. Your use is subject to our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using SportPreds, you accept these Terms and future updates. If you disagree, stop using the Services. We may refuse service or suspend accounts at our discretion.

• SportPreds may limit or terminate access for violations.

6. AI & Prediction Features

• AI uses historical data and stats to generate predictions.
• Accuracy is not guaranteed; do not rely solely on predictions.
• Feedback may be used to improve AI.

7. User Content

• You retain ownership of your content but grant SportPreds a license to display or use it for providing Services.
• SportPreds may remove content violating Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Services are “as is”; no warranties on accuracy or availability.
• SportPreds is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
• Liability is limited to $100 or the amount paid in the last 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SportPreds against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of Terms.

10. Termination

SportPreds may suspend or terminate accounts at any time. Surviving provisions (IP, liability, indemnification) remain effective.

11. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement includes Privacy Policy.
• Headings are for convenience only.
• Force majeure events exempt SportPreds from liability.
• Invalid provisions are modified minimally; the rest remain valid.
